On behalf of NatWest, AMS are seeking Administrators to provide an excellent service for our clients. The role will be based in Lombard CSO where you will be processing documentation and insurance requests. This role is data specific and involves a high amount of data entry and excellent attention to detail.
What we can offer:
- Start date: Monday 11th May 2026 (Earlier start dates are depending on successful pre engagement vetting completion)
- Contract end date: 31st December 2026
- Hourly rate: £13.75 per hour
- Full time position: 35 hours per week
- Weekly pay
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Overtime is available dependent on business need
- Location: Discovery House, Callflex Business Park, Rotherham, S63 7EF
- Training will take place in the office for 2 weeks
- Hybrid working schedule can implemented after training. There is a requirement to be in office at least 4 times a month and may be subject to change.
- The allocated day to be in office is subject to office space and desk availability.
- Successful candidates must be in a commutable distance to the office in Rotherham as regular attendance is required as mentioned above.
What the role involves:
- Completing a variety of administration tasks and processing documentation for customers
- Handling requests for insurance claims from start to finish
- Management of your own workload and cases
- Working to targets and deadlines in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Use of multiple systems and application tracking systems
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Following NatWest policies and procedures ensuring compliance and data protection
- Regularly update and maintain spreadsheets/databases
What we are looking for:
- Previous administration experience in a similar or same environment
- Keen eye for detail and data accuracy
- The ability to thrive under pressure and work towards targets and deadlines
- Ability to use your own initiative and adaptability
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team to reach shared goals
- Handling sensitive information responsibly
- Excellent IT Competency – ability to navigate multiple systems and databases
