On behalf of NatWest, AMS are seeking Administrators to support in a migration project. The role will be based in Lombard CSO department in Rotherham, Discovery House, S63 7EF
About the Role
We are recruiting Administrators to support NatWest’s ongoing project, which involves working across multiple platforms and processes. This role sits within the Lombard department and plays a critical part in helping the project reach completion by target. With additional hires, the team can accelerate delivery and maintain high-quality, accurate processing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in structured, process-focused work and can confidently manage tasks across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the bank’s migration process, moving data and information between two core systems
- Complete highly repetitive, detail-driven administration tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Follow structured procedures and workflows to ensure correct processing across multiple platforms.
- Manage and understand multiple processes simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail.
- Liaise with team members and managers to flag issues, updates, or inconsistencies during migration.
- Maintain appropriate records, logs, and audit trails for compliance and quality checks.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within established SLAs and project timelines.
Working Pattern
- Shifts are Monday to Friday
- Standard team hours: 9am–5pm, especially during training
Training:
- Training is completed On-site at Discovery House, S63 7EF and essential to the role
After training proficiency:
- Work-from-home flexibility is available
- Hybrid model: typically, one day per month in the office

- Positive attitude toward training and developing new skills.

What we can offer
- Start date – Monday 18th May 2026 (Earliest start dates are dependent on pre engagement vetting)
- Working hours Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
- Hourly rate of £13.75 per hour
- 35 hours per week
- Weekly pay
- Hybrid schedule implemented after training
- Contract length: Until 31st December 2026
- Temporary contract
